Great photos again thanks. It’s somewhat comforting to see such progress. Do you have any further updates on Hotel and facilities??
Also, when next up there if you could get some shots of phase 1 Laurels that would be greta. I’d like to see the aspect from these apartments.

Thanks for providing wonderful photos from the south island. It’s great to see the whole place taking shape so quickly after so many delays.
I have been informed by Calidona that completions should take place well within next six months (P1).
I hope that GBP is a bit stronger then !!!!!!!!!!!!!! right now – it hurts….

Thanks again for the update and pictures. These frequent updates are a real confidence builder in these uncertain times. On your next visit perhaps some pictues of the area that phase 3 will be developed would be useful to see if they are thinking of starting in these areas.
Once gain thanks for such a good and positive update. Pictures do speak more that all the verbal assurances that we receive.

What can i say – great photos. Do you have any info on the build status of the sports facilities (if they are on site as rumoured), the commercial centre and the hotel (although I would think this will be delayed due to world financial situation – don’t see why De Vere should be excluded)

Fantastic photos and report yet again. I’m so exited for my future neighbours on phases 1 and 2. Can’t wait until the foundations go in for phase 3, then I will be doubly excited ( little bit selfish but then aren’t we all?)
