I have just completed the purchase on a Corvera property and throughout the process Stuart Thomas has provided excellent support and advice. I paid a flying visit to Corvera prior to the purchase to visit the property, sort out power of attorney and a will with my solicitors and also to purchase furniture for the apartment. I arrived in Spain on a Wednesday evening and departed Friday afternoon and all of this was successfully achieved and without fuss thanks to the support and guidance provided by Stuart. In addition he also provided excellent advice on the best ways to finance the purchase. Certainly the whole process was made a lot easier and a lot less traumatic with the help and support of Stuart and his knowledge and contacts.

hiya to whom i may concern,,,, i wonder that my bank guarantee taht i paid deposit on 2006 for phase 3,,, the interest on my deposit is increased`for few years , will these money benifited in my purchase for final payment as fair to wait too long for completion… i have my rights to know about that as calidona make profit on interest than make us wait longer,,, we should get 2 thirds of interest as developer get fair share of our interest on bank guarantee??? what is ur advice,thanks,aidan

What about building licience for phase three. We keep hearing is it will be issued in the next few weeks, and that was bac in February! Is this happening?

Thank’s for the copy of Calidona’s update letter. What about your April review because these monthly photo updates are what we all look forward to seeing.

Please show area of land identified for Mirto App’s and try and get some basic measurements even one room or section would be nice.

Please try and get any update on the (Horse Riding) Where on the site will it be and when, ETC.
