This is a belated response to the gentleman who was not happy about Stuart's reporting. My husband and I played golf, with a buggy from the pro shop, in November.
The mini market is a portacabin but the proptietor was charming, the coffee was great and he does stock a wide range of essentials which should suit everyone at least for the time being.
Keep up the great work that you are doing with the reports and let's hope that 2010 is a great year for everyone.

Stuart.

I, like many had paid a deposit and heard nothing further for so long that I was coming to the conclusion that I had lost my deposit, and would never see a property at Corvera.
I had even asked Calida directly to confirm how much they had recorded as having been paid in the form of a deposit for the property registered to myself. They did this, and at this point I thouught that at least I was now in with a chance.
I came upon your website by accident one day, and was so releived to see actual photos and read comments from persons who had been in my position, but were now through to the other side, and taking possession of properties.
I say thanks for your efforts and the reassurance it provided when there was none to be had.
Although I had not dealt with or through your good office, one day I look forward to making your acquaintance.
Thank you again.

Hi Stuart
Just a quick note to say thanks for all the photo's and updates on Corvera this year. As soon as the new month comes, I start checking your site every day for the next report and this in turn with your positive bias (Mine too) has kept my enthusiasm for my purchase at Corvera at a high. All I hope is that by the end of this year you will be posting photographs of at least a foundation cut for Phase-3 at the entrance roundabout. I was told last February by the sales team that Calidona had applied for final permissions but just can't believe even a Spanish town hall is that slow in it's paperwork.
Looking forward, have a great new year.......Steve

Hi Stuart,
keep up the good work on the updates at Corvera, and pay no attention to those who try to knock what you are doing.
Empty vessels always make the most noise, and I had to laugh at the comment that the mini market breaches UK health and safety standards.
Whoever wrote that remark needs to get a life !
My wife and I closed our sale in December and we are thrilled at the ongoing progress at Corvera.Yes it was a bit prolonged but it has certainly been worth the wait.
We played the course, and while the fairways need time to mature fully,it was a great challenge and we thoroughly enjoyed our game, meeting some lovely people on the way around.
Very best wishes for the new year Stuart, stay positive, and pay no heed to the begrudgers
Regards Michael C.

Stuart,

I have always found your reports and pictures to be very helpful. As you say their are plenty of knockers and negative reports around. I read both sets which help to give me an insight of issues and a balanced view. I visit fairly regularly, and your reports and pictures do reflect what I see. To be honest this is the only forum for receiving uptodate (monthly) communication on progress. Calidona, please take note. So please keep it going.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you, your staff and all readers of your reports.
