Hi Ray,
Glad to hear you are enjoying our regular updates and photos, good luck with loan approval and ultimately completing your purchase at last!
I have no further news regarding the hotel and commercial centre, however we are still being told that work on the clubhouse at Corvera is due to be started and indeed completed this year.
As soon as any additional news is released, we will report here first.

hiya stuart.. i was reading ray kerins article,, i want to know why phase3 buyers as me are put on hold for foreseeeable future??? i m on talks with develoer for swap , ask for reduced price,, will that help me to get good offer?? still awaiting for response ,making me annoyed and long delays… any tips to get this sort out immedialety,aidan

Hi Stuart,
I am another purchaser of a property on phase two of the Corvera site just waiting on loan approval before I can finalise the deal. I have heard from other buyers that phase three and four are being put on hold for the foreseeable future also I would like to know of other Corvera projects such as the hotel.
I would appreciate any information you have concerning same.

I have played the course and loved it. Greens were fantastic (that was is Jan) – Hope that we get some growth weather and course can be played in it’s full glory. Love to have a game with you and after winning – I’ll still buy you a beer….

Hi Stuart

Thanks for all the swing advice during our knock. Warm weather training did the trick, back down to 5.2. Nice to see a picture of the tree on the back of 9 where you duffed your chip. I won’t tell anyone honest. We have our first guests at Corvera now and they are delighted to have Miguel back at the mini-mart. Even more delighted that his keg sherry has returned with him. Restaurants in town have also been given a thumbs up. Totally agree with golf course reviews. A few more bunkers to tighten up the course and it will be a cracker whilst stay enjoyable for the higher handicapper. Take it easy

Dear Stuart, Many thanks for all the information, it has kept us very positive as we think Corvera will be a brilliant place eventually. We will be coming over to Corvera on 20th March for a month and maybe we could have a round of golf and a beer.
